Oh Paul. I’m still reeling from the news. I enjoyed getting to know you when we were court officers together, and chatting about wrestling and festival shows! And then constantly bumping into you in the corridors and stairwells when we both moved to different buildings - and always seemed to end up in the same place at the same time! I miss our chats in the gym after work and that you would always take your headphones out and come over to say hi, and have a catch up. You were so down to earth and up for trying new things - including when I tried talking you into boxing! I’m sorry I never made it to ‘Piff the Magic Dragon’ that time you had a spare ticket during the festival. It was a privilege knowing you. I’m glad you got your wish to donate your organs and I’ve vowed to go and donate blood as soon as I’m able. And to finally go and check out the mosque kitchen food you often had at lunch! I’ll be thinking of you when I do. Proud of you. My thoughts go out to your family and your partner Emma. I will miss seeing your calm, smiling face :-)
